TIDY TROOP PRIVATE LIMITEDserves as a platform to help find on-demand maids for household chores. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 2. Services

Hello Help connects you with on-demand maids for household help. We facilitate the booking of maids, but we do not employ them. We strive to do our due diligence in selecting reliable maids, but we are not responsible for any mishap or incident that may occur during the service.

3. Booking and Payment

3.1. You can book our services through our platform or by contacting us directly. Payment for services can be made in cash or via UPI (Unified Payments Interface) to the designated account. You agree to pay the fees associated with the services as specified on our platform. All payments are non-refundable.

4. Service Availability

4.1. While we aim to provide services promptly, please note that unforeseen circumstances may lead to maids arriving late. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

5.1. You may cancel or reschedule a booked service, subject to our cancellation policy. If the maid has left our premises, a cancellation fee of Rs 100 will be charged. This fee is intended to cover the maid's transportation and inconvenience.

6. Responsibilities and Conduct

6.1. You agree to provide a safe working environment for our maids and treat them with respect and courtesy.

6.2. You are responsible for providing all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment unless otherwise agreed upon.

7. Liability and Damages

7.1. Hello Help is not liable for any damage to your property or belongings during the service.

7.2. You are responsible for providing clear instructions on handling specific items or areas in your household.

8. Complaints and Disputes

8.1. In case of any complaints or disputes, please contact our customer service at service@hellohelp.in within 24 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve complaints and disputes in a timely manner.

9. Privacy

9.1. We collect and store your personal information for the purpose of providing our services. Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Termination

10.1. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services if you violate these Terms or engage in inappropriate conduct.

11. Changes to Terms

11.1. Hello Help reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes through our platform or contact information provided.

12. Governing Law

12.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes or legal actions arising from these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
