Hello Help strives to provide efficient and reliable on-demand maid services for our customers. We understand that there may be situations where you need to cancel a service booking. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for canceling services provided by Hello Help.

1. Cancellation Window

1.1. You may cancel a booked service at any time before the maid arrives at your premises.

1.2. If the maid has already left our premises, you will not be able to cancel the service. In such cases, you will be subject to the cancellation fee as described in section 2.

2. Cancellation Fee

2.1. If you cancel a service booking after the maid has left our premises, a cancellation fee of Rs 100 will be charged. This fee is intended to cover the maid's transportation and inconvenience.

3. How to Cancel

3.1. To cancel a service booking, please contact our customer service at service@hellohelp.in or through the contact information provided on our platform.

3.2. Please provide the relevant booking details to facilitate the cancellation process.

4. Refunds

4.1. The cancellation fee is non-refundable. If you cancel a service within the permissible cancellation window (before the maid arrives), any prepaid fees will be refunded to you.

5.1. Hello Help reserves the right to update and modify this Cancellation Policy. Any changes will be reflected on our platform, and we encourage you to review the policy periodically.
